Job Description:

* Responsible for supervising the activities related to Process Termination Notification;
* Monitor and supervise PTN overall timing;
* Lead regular PTN meetings to follow up progress, providing information and feedback about the progress, reporting any delays or changes to the activities related within the meeting;
* Set up of communication and agreement with Conti supplier;
* Implementation of information flow in affected Conti Location and BU; Logistics referring correct order processing under consideration of lead time;
* Ensure PTNs are properly implemented;
* Continuously evaluate ways to streamline and improve the PTN process;
* Ensure all costs are covered and any additional costs are avoided;
* Creating presentations of results for PTN meetings & different status reports.

Job Requirements:

* Professional experience in Logistics;
* Experience in Automotive Business;
* English knowledge;
* Experience in working with MS Office and SAP R/3;
* Task/ goal focused;
* Communication and social skills, team player.
