SKILLS and EXPERIENCE

• Experienced in assessing a broad range of information solutions and products particularly in Infrastructure design, ERP, CRM, Network, Security. Minimum 5 years experience in programming (VB, C#, .NET, C++,etc) is a must.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to explain technical concepts to lay audiences. Some experience of with working with board level stakeholders.
• Self-starter with the ability to appropriately prioritize and plan complex work in a rapidly changing environment
• Results oriented with ability to produce products that deliver organizational benefit
• Strong critical thinker with problem solving aptitude.
• Team player with experience leading and collaborating cross-team to ensure successful delivery of solutions
• Strong conceptual and analytical skills - demonstrating outside-the-box problem solving skills
• Ability to develop solution architecture designs
• Working knowledge of infrastructure including servers, storage, firewalls, load balancers, routers, etc
• A minimum of four years in a professional senior technical role such as technical lead, team lead, architect, or other hands on leadership role ideally for a major consultancy or system integrator.
• Ideally formal qualification in Enterprise Architecture (e.g. TOGAF) or formal qualifications in technology.
• Strategic business acumen and understanding of organization strategy and ability to design information systems to delivery that strategy

o Design/Architecture of the product/solution
o Ensuring Client requirements get translated into Functional specifications and eventually into a detailed level design
o Making sure the product/solution architecture is scalable and extensible
o Drive the adoption of best practices around coding, design, quality, performance in the team
o Exposure to a wide variety of technology problems and their solutions
o Constantly upgrading the product with the client needs and the technology
o Lead in designing, specifying and selecting information system solutions, considering functionality, data, security, integration, infrastructure and performance.
o Partner with our customers to identify best custom solution that meet our customers’ needs in terms of RPA strategy on enterprise level
o Lead the organization in exploiting technology and use knowledge of IT solutions to drive organizational change and support business process design.
o Understand and support to software architecture design and support development team in developing solutions
o Estimate cost, and prepare business cases for IT solutions, considering infrastructure, licenses, development and support
o Work with the Project Managers and Business Analysts to develop high level project schedule resource plans for implementation projects.
o Provide Solution Architect support expertise to Sales and Implementation teams during the RFI/RFP and POC stages and help Sales and Implementation teams to draft the RFI/RFP responses
o Participate in pre-sales client workshops to help shape best fit solution – by working closely with Sales and Implementation teams.
