    Cerinte

    · Knowledge of computer systems: MS Word, Outlook, Excel;
    · 3-5 years' relevant work experience;
    · English - verbal communication.

    Responsabilitati

    For one of the pioneers on the Romanian market and an expert in Full Service Operational Lease and Car Fleet Management services for small and medium-sized enterprises as well as larger companies we are looking for a Receptionist.


    · Receiving and connecting telephone calls;
    · Offering support in sending of monthly invoices;
    · Registering incoming invoices in Willow and distribution to the relevant departments;
    · Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence and faxes;
    · Providing occasional support for administrative work in other departments;
    · Ordering the office supplies and refreshments in a sufficient advance;
    · Archiving different documents.
