Logistics&Event Promoter - project based (2 months)

We have the privilege of working with some of the most well-known companies in the world: IBM, Oracle, Microsoft, Deloitte, EY Romania, Mondelez Romania, KING, HP, Bergenbier, Hilti, Unilever, BRD Groupe Societe Generale, P&G, Coca-Cola HBC, L'Oreal.

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months experience in a similar position (logistics, event management, project coordination);
• A friendly and engaging personality;
• Self-discipline, results-driven attitude and a high level of autonomy;
• Strong work ethic and high personal integrity;
• Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize;
• Detail-oriented with outstanding organizational skills;
• Eager to learn new things.

• Finding the best venue for the project;
• Coordinating venue management, contactors and equipment hire from Bucharest;
• Coordinating the local promotion team in each city that the event will take place, from Bucharest;
• Working close with our colleagues to promote the event;
• Set, communicate and maintain project timelines and priorities;
• Support project manager in his work.
