    Requirements

    We have a great job opportunity! Our client, a global accounting firm with complete range of services is looking for a Junior Payroll. If you are interested in growing in a multinational enviroment and work in a highly qualified and experienced team this is your chance to have it all.


    Requirements:
    1 year of experience in Payroll;
    HR knowledge;
    Bachelor’s degree;
    Advanced level of English language;
    Strong analytical skills;
    High standard of accuracy with attention to details;
    Excellent planning and organizational skills.

    Responsibilities

    Assisting in managing and registering the information relating to the personnel administration (gathering employee information, schedule medical checks, schedule health and safety trainings, prepare employment agreements based on agreed templates, register employees in the database) and payroll processes (attendance hours, holidays, medical leaves compensation and deductions, documents archiving);
    Assisting in managing the operations relating to the meal tickets (preparation of the order for the supplier, distribution to the employees);
    Sorting and sending pay slips;
    Submitting documents to relevant authorities (Labor Inspection, Health Fund Administration).
