What are we looking for?

An advanced German, Spanish, Russian level is required and you will also need a good level of English and some accounting knowledge – basic level to do the job right.
You will work as part of a large and friendly team so it’s important to be a team player.
We like customer management skills as well as a keen eye for details and problem solving attitude.
And we will value your willingness to learn!
Similar work experience and a 3rd language of the following French, Italian, Hungarian or Polish would be a plus

You will have the opportunity to do the following:

• Sourcing of multiple Indirect Spend categories
• Conducting Opportunity analysis for spend management
• Rating and managing performance of suppliers, ensure supplier performance of all contracts
• Negotiating and concluding contracts
• Ensuring that the services are as per the contracts
• Dealing with suppliers globally (esp. EMEA countries)
• Making the strategy and negotiating actively with suppliers
• Scouting for better suppliers
• Liaising with the customers to understand their requirements and close them in the given time frame
• Performing basic spend analytics in order to identify best available market price for the ongoing project
• Managing effectively internal / external customers & stake holders
• Reaching out to different stake holders, gather information and even challenge stakeholders
• Managing the plan for savings targets, timely deliveries, Customer Satisfaction
• Participating periodically to reviews with Regional commodity managers to ensure strategies are aligned and pipeline activity is proceeding
• Carrying out all reporting requirements accurately and within the specified time scales
• Conducting Sourcing activities including RFI, RFP, price and contract negotiation
• Building on existing knowledge of external best practices
