    Requirements

    - Bachelor's/College Degree in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent in Economics.
    - Fluent communication in English & Romanian
    - 1-2 years general accounting (desired) or any other finance related work experience
    - Good experience with EXCEL
    - Very good organization of work and analytical skills
    - High motivation and openness to learn;
    - Able to work with the least supervision needed
    - Able to relocate from Romania to Prague, Czech Republic

    Responsibilities

    - This position is responsible for performing the financial and cost accounting activities for the country in CEE region.
    - The role will be primarily responsible for performing financial and cost accounting activities to support the Controller function these include the preparation of journals, month end processes, management/cost accounting and data collection to support Compliance processes.
    - Coordinating local accounting activities with the shared service center and outsourced providers
    - Performs a range of assigned month end close processes, accruals analysis, reporting etc.
    - Collection of data to support the preparation and submission of local statutory financial statements and tax returns for the countries within the region – VAT, CIT, WHT
    - Participation in current department projects and other tasks as delegated by the Manager.
