TenarisSilcotub can design, manufacture and supply a wide rage of seamless tubes according to customers requirements, in order to meet the most sophisticated demands and to provide technical assistance and product development , logistic services and just-in-time delivery and personalize stock management.

    Location: Cluj Napoca
    Experience : 2 – 5 years previous experience, preferable in Logistics, Logistics Support, Planning
    Degree : Engineering
    Language : English – mandatory, Italian will be a plus
    IT tools : Microsoft Office – very good, especially Excel and SAP

    Profile
    • Previous SAP experience represents and advantage
    • Numerical and analytical skills, strong interest in working within Logistics Department
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to interact with people at any level ( internal and external)
    • Ability to create and maintain network
    • Curious, positive attitude, energy

    Aim of the position
    Ensures that inventory balances and movements are being kept updated in SAP system and conciliated with third parties information. Manages the billing process (invoices, debit and/or credit notes) by issuing documents accurately, timely and in compliance with internal and
    external procedures. Makes sure third parties services certification and provision are being done in accordance with authorization manuals and
    accounting rules in force.

    Responsabilitati

    Main Responsibilities
    • Daily checks backlog of non-processed tallies / dispatches.
    • Loads system stock receptions, dispatches, work orders, stock transfer orders in SAP
    • Monthly conciliates SAP stocks reports with third parties logistics providers reports
    • Loads stocks adjustments in SAP system
    • Follows up deliveries posted in SAP
    • Ensures proper back up and invoices are delivered to customers/internal areas in time
    • Issues credit notes after complying with TS normative system and collecting the proper authorizations
    • Ensures monthly revenue recognition analysis is done properly and coordinates with ADMI areas the required accounting adjustments
    • Analyzes logistics service documentation and get confirmation from internal areas to produce the certification of logistics services in SAP system
    • Follows up with Account Payables areas the payment to logistics providers after certification is done
    • Complies with Tenaris policies, procedures and management standards, and ensures adherence with all laws and regulations that apply to the area of responsibility
    • Protects from damage, theft or misuse the facilities, equipment and other physical resources assigned to his/her area.
