Technical Support Engineer with English (Brasov)

APT Human Resources is recruiting Technical Support Engineers with English for its customer, a leading communications software and services company.

Requirements:
- Understanding concepts of Telecommunications/IT/ Computer Science;
- Fluency in English;
- 1-2 years of experience in Telecom/ Technical support.

- Ensures technical support for assigned products, via email and telephone, within the time committed by the Service Level Agreement;
- Identifies appropriate problem-resolution procedures according to specific customers information;
- Assists and makes recommendations concerning the implementation of upgrades to the data network;
- Supervises the installation and maintenance of the clients’ network and managers other configuration back-ups and network documentation;
- Takes urgent measures in case of system breakdown;
- Offers technicians on-site support for commissioning/troubleshooting, if necessary.
