    Stefanini IT Solutions was founded in Brazil by Marco Stefanini in 1987. Today, Stefanini is a global services provider, delivering offshore, onshore and nearshore outsourcing, IT consulting, systems integration, application and strategic staffing services to mid-size and large companies around the world.

    Cerinte

    • Proven staffing experience;
    • Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency based, stress etc.);
    • Hands on experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing, reference check etc.);
    • Familiarity with HR databases, applicant tracking systems and CMS;
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    Ideal candidate:

    • Bachelor's degree in human resources management, business administration or related field;
    • 3 years plus of recruiting experience in IT Staffing required;
    • Solid experience in utilizing the internet, databases, applicant tracking systems, search engines and social media to source active and passive candidates;
    • Advanced English language skills;
    • Team Player, Flexible, Reliable, strong work ethic.

    Responsabilitati

    • Design and implement overall sourcing strategy;
    • Prepare and post jobs to appropriate job board/newspapers/colleges etc.;
    • Source and attract candidates by using databases, social media etc.;
    • Screen candidates resumes and job applications;
    • Conduct interviews using various reliable personnel selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule;
    • Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes;
    • Onboard new people in order to become fully operational;
    • Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during and after the selection process;
    • Provide analytical and well documented reports to the rest of the team;

    We are looking for an IT Staffing Specialist, with full cycle search experience, to attract, screen, select and onboard qualified and suitable contractors/personnel to fill our Staffing requisitions.
