    Requirements

    Education and Experience Required
    - University degree in business administration, communications or information technology
    - Typically 2-4 years of experience in a business administration, or account management*
    - Being able to handle batch-work/working on data clustering and handling large volumes of information.
    - Work with competing priorities and manage multiple tasks
    - Work on self-directed activities with minimal supervision
    - Possesses a sense of urgency with ability to stay focused on goals and objectives
    - Knowledge of Oracle tools (Siebel PRM) would be a plus
    Knowledge and Skills Required
    - Fluent English and Hungarian/Russian/French or Spanish
    - Demonstrated analytical skills and strong process orientation
    - Excellent communication skills, with ability to build and maintain strong internal/external relationships
    - Critical Competencies to Drive Business Results
    - Data Analysis & Reporting: systematically analyzes business data, and develops reports that ensure accurate, usable information for business decision-makers.
    - Tool Development/Enhancement: develops, improves and educates on tools used in area of control in alignment with corporate business needs, requirements or goals
    - Stakeholder Negotiation & Commitment Building: collaborates effectively with others to ensure shared commitment to an enterprise and mutually beneficial results
    - Process Management & Transformation: identifies process short-comings and works with others to improve or transform processes
    - Problem Solving: Approaches problems in a rational manner using sound strategies that ensure comprehensive understanding and effective resolution
    - Change Management: develops methods for supporting innovation and change across the organizatio

    Responsibilities

    The Partner First operations specialists are the regional owners of the HP’s Channel Partner membership program operational implementation.
    The Partner First Operations Specialists is responsible for the successful implementation of the below processes:
    Partner First end-to-end on-boarding process
    Implementation of Mergers & acquisition across all teams
    Step-by-step guidance for Partners who need to join HP’s loyalty program
    Partner education on the program and membership criteria
    Resolution of intermediate to complex partner issues with cross team impact
    Communication using the most appropriate channels, frequency
    Drives implementation of new processes/tools at the assigned country/cluster level
    Uses a large variety of tools to capture the needed information to offer the right level of support to the partners
    Takes the ownership of the partner profiling data

    We interact with large number of internal and external stakeholders, such as: Contracts Management, Compliance, Partner Compensation, Certifications Team, Support Team etc.
