    Requirements

    Education and Experience Required:
    • High school education or equivalent; college level education preferred.
    • Typically requires a minimum of 3 years general administrative experience, or equivalent combination of experience and college level education.

    Responsibilities

    Key Responsibilities
    • Coordinates, books and confirms assigned meetings for the Manager
    • Provides administrative support (purchasing & inventory responsibility, organization of events)
    • Ensures that the meeting rooms are booked and invitations sent for trainings/workshops, meetings between the CoE Manager and its staff, department meetings etc
    • Manages C&C department relationship with supporting functions: HR, GRE, IT
    • Efficiently files and keeps all the relevant documents safe and retrieves them as and when needed.
    • Other tasks that the manager delegates (Timecards, Taleo reqs coordination, COE packages coordination, etc)

    Key Experience
    • First level university degree with a focus in business or economics recommended or equivalent experience.
    • Previous similar experience is considered an advantage
