Cloud Services - Active Directory Solutioning Support SME

- At least 2-4 years Windows systems administration experience in a production environment with demonstrated increasing responsibility
- A minimum of 2 years of experience administering a large-scale Active Directory environment
- Advanced knowledge of Enterprise Windows Active Directory administration, including group policy management
- Experience securely provisioning Windows Servers for production level services
- Experience leading technology implementation projects on an enterprise scale
- Experience with Enterprise DNS configurations
- Ability to create documents and diagrams from requirements
- Cisco CCNA or equivalent knowledge
- Customer focus
- Flexibility to attend customer meetings on late hours when needed
- Experience creating Visio and PowerPoint deliverables
- Very good communication skills in English, both written and spoken (at least level 4/5)

It would be excellent to have also:

- Experience with a multi-tenant cloud provider
- Good understanding of server and network virtualization
- Knowledge of and proficiency with enterprise Identity Management products such as: Microsoft Forefront Identity Manager, Sun Identity Manager, or other Identity management systems
- Microsoft Server 2008R2/2012/2012R2, Active Directory, IIS, Exchange (Hybrid configuration with Office 365 administration), and MS SQL server administration all from a Windows Admin Standpoint
- Hyper-V/Failover Cluster Manager Experience is a strong plus
- Strongly Preferred: Certification with any of the following: MCSA, MCA, MCITP, or MCSE
- Advanced expertise configuring and maintaining Microsoft Windows servers, including trusts that would be over a WAN

The candidate will be part of a global team providing solutioning and technical sales support for customers boarding into a major enterprise cloud offering (Infrastructure-as-a-Service). Candidates must have solid interpersonal and communication skills, as well as excellent technical skills to gather and translate customer requirements into solution designs. Availability to occasionally work and join conference calls in US timezone is required.


Responsibilities

- Work with the customers to establish an integration architecture between their existing Active Directory implementation and a cloud based Active Directory solution
- Work with architecture and implementation teams to establish what architectures can be implemented and what limits may exist
