Skills:

• Strong proficiency in MySQL database management
• Experience with recent versions of MySQL
• Experience with replication configuration in MySQL
• Knowledge of best practices in MySQL
• Proficient in writing and optimizing SQL statements

Ideal profile:

• Over 4 years of MySQL experience
• Technical university degree
• Fluency in English
• Good communication and interpersonal skills

Key responsibilities:

Design, develop, and configure MySQL based solutions to meet market and/or client requirements either end-to-end from analysis, design, implementation, quality assurance (including testing), to delivery and maintenance of the software product or system or for a specific phase of the life cycle.

• Provision MySQL instances, both in clustered and non-clustered
• Prepare documentations and specifications (project based)
• Ensure performance, security, and availability of databases
• Handle common database procedures, such as upgrade, backup, recovery, migration
