Java Technical Lead with German

Requirements

• Minimum 6 years’ experience in Java technologies:
Java 8, Linux, Maven, Junit, Spring Boot, Spring Data, Hibernate, Liquibase, dbUnit, Selenium, Jenkins, Sonar, Jira, Vaadin, Spring, GIT, Eclipe / STS;
• Additional skills - frontend only: Query, AngularJS, HTML5 / CSS, JFoundation;
• Additional skills - backend only: MS SQL Server and/or MySQL and/or MongoDB;
• Experience working in Agile teams and ability to mentor others in the methodology;
• Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills;
• Very good written and verbal communication skills in German.

Key responsibilities
• Coordinate the activity of a team of Java developers;
• Provide technical coaching for the team members and mentoring;
• Propose and discuss with Product Owner, prioritize and sign-off on technical debt items;
• Maintain, improve and provide support for the features developed (JIRA plug-ins, internal Java based web application, automation around various REST APIs, etc.);
• Development of features for new software or existing solutions, software architecture, technical analysis;
• Estimation of workload for the development of new features;
• Help with technical interviews and expand the team;
• Point of contact with the technical managers of our client.

As a Java Technical Lead you will acting as a mentor for our dedicated team and develop features for new software or existing solutions, software architecture, technical analysis, workload for the development of new features.
You will be point of contact with the technical managers of our clients. You will be involved in a state-of-the-art Java implementation and testing, including micro services and an Agile mode of operations.
