    Candidates should meet the following requirements:

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Economy / Finance / Mathematics / Engineering or other technical fields, with an excellent academic record. Master degree in Finance or Economics, CFA or other relevant professional organizations would be a plus;
    • For new graduates, relevant internships and/or international exposure would be considered a plus (e.g. internships, studies or other background).
    • For experienced candidates, professional experience is required (1-5 years) within consulting practices and/or other relevant experience (ie. M&A, debt advisory) in one or more of the following industries: Energy and Natural Resources, Utilities, FMCG, Manufacturing, etc.
    • Strong knowledge of general economic/financing/transaction/accounting concepts;
    • Strong knowledge in preparing and analysing financial information
    • Strong interest in developing own knowledge and experience in financial modelling, as well as financial modelling tools and techniques to expert level;
    • Outstanding written and oral communication skills;
    • Fluent written and spoken English with focus on professional report/memo writing and use of appropriate business/technical language. An international certificate (IELTS, Toefl or Cambridge) would be a plus;
    • Knowledge of other languages would be a plus;
    • Remarkable problem solving skills and analytical skills;
    • Very good knowledge of MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
    • Confident approach, self-motivated, proactive attitude and ability to work in teams;
    • Ability to adapt to an intensive work environment and to multi-task effectively;
    • Strong commitment to excellence and professional and personal growth.

    Responsabilitati

    Role description

    Our Deal Advisory - Corporate Finance Team offers a wide range of strategic advisory services such as M&A, Debt Advisory, including assistance in non-reimbursable fund raising (EU structural funds and alike), Valuation Services and Project Finance. Sectors of focus include energy and natural resources, utilities, FMCG, manufacturing and agriculture. Our advice takes many forms, from analysing strategic options (strategy, market studies, business plans and feasibility studies), regulatory assistance, to assessing value, managing the buy/sell transaction process and assistance in debt raising (reimbursable/non-reimbursable).
    To continue offering outstanding services to our clients, we are seeking talented individuals, who are able to work at the highest professional standards, share ideas and create innovative, market leading solutions for our clients.
    As a consultant, you will be actively involved in a wide range of projects and you will gain access to a variety of strategic clients and projects. At the same time, you will have the opportunity to develop your knowledge through your day-to-day professional activity, as well as via specialized training.
