For 4 months, you are going to go through a full-time traineeship to gain professional experience using your top-notch marketing and communication skills.

We are looking for an exceptional writer/editor, who can create content with passion and enthusiasm and make it work like magic on our Social Media and communication channels.

• Academic background in Marketing/Communications & Public Relations/Advertising
• Excellent written communication skills, with fluency in English and Romanian
• Good graphic design, video editing skills
• Creating and conceptualizing skills
• Time management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube
• Passion for Social Media, Mobile/Digital Marketing, Content Marketing, Graphic Design
• Previous related work experience is a plus.

Your primary focus will be to :

• increase awareness and engagement,
• develop social media communities on Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, but also
• develop internal communities through our internal communication
• measure results, collect stats and create reports

You’ll be expected to think strategically and understand how high quality content and social media helps advance our business goals. You should be able to translate complex information into easily understood content for all channels. You should be equally comfortable working on your own and as part of a team.
