HR Intern - Cerner - Brasov

Job Description

This is a 3 month program offered for the duration of the summer period; the HR Intern will be responsible for working on day-to-day activities and key projects for the HR team in Romania. This position will be also responsible for delivering assistance and support on various tasks. During your internship, you’ll assist the HR team bringing to our organization the support and the quality of what is expecting from HR. You’ll gain experience in different HR administrative and recruiting tasks. 
 

Primary Responsibilities:

• Helping the HR Responsible with administrative HR tasks
• Learn about the documentation needed during employment
• Learn about the hiring process
• Candidate sourcing using job boards databases and social media Job board management
• Other duties as requested

Qualifications

Required Skills:

• Recent graduates or final year students of Psychology or related degrees
• Demonstrated skills in Microsoft Office suite, specifically Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with exceptional attention to detail Experience
