Microsoft Server Environment
• Microsoft Windows Server Environment - professional working experience (sysadmin, netadmin)
• Relevant working experience in MS Exchange and Office 365 migration and administration
• Working experience with MS SQL Server and/or MS System Center a plus

Virtualization
• Relevant working experience with virtualization technologies (server virtualization – mandatory; desktop virtualization – preferred)
• Knowledgeable in storage solutions used for a virtualization

Other general knowledge
• Relevant working experience with: scripting (Microsoft or Linux), standard TCP/IP protocols, information security protocols and mechanisms

Desirable (either skill mentioned below would be a strong plus)
• Relevant working experience for: complex network environments, Internet/Web technologies, Linux system administration, Linux middleware packages, SNMP-based

Other skills (non-technical) – mandatory
• Ability to assist with developing procedural and technical documentation
• Must be able to effectively articulate complex, technical concepts to clients, non-technical management and co-contractors
• Able to communicate at sufficient technical levels and detail any steps taken to reproduce a problem
• English – minimum intermediate level
• Relevant working experience – minimum two from: design, install/configure, administrate/operate or develop/test/exploit in case of scripting skills

Soft skills

• Adaptability and ability to learn

• Ensure implementation, integration, operation and functionality of entire Data Center Infrastructure that involve 24/7 availability: Data Center Network, IT Systems (Platforms, Servers, Storage), Integrated Solutions, Complex Cloud Platforms, Management and Service Monitoring
• Ensure high performance and availability for infrastructure solutions (Data center facility and ICT equipment)
• Perform performance analysis, proactive troubleshooting and capacity planning of data center infrastructures (DC LAN/SAN/WAN, virtual infrastructures etc)
