    Requirements:

    - Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in a Business (or Channel) environment, preferable compensation, business analysis or financial department;
    - University degree or equivalent experience;
    - Advanced English;
    - Advanced knowledge and skills in business applications;
    - Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word and Power Point);
    - Good communication skills;
    - Client and results orientated;
    - Planning and organizing skills;
    - Analytic and problem solving skills.

    Responsabilitati

    - Offering internal and reporting support within the incentive program;
    - Provide assistance to partners and to the sales people regarding Compensation Programs (Compensation for Distributors and Resellers, Quota Deployment, Cash Engine, Payments, etc.);
    - Solving daily problems related to the compensation programs cooperating with: Sales Operations, the Sales Department, Channel Finance and the Partners (resellers and distributors) and other involved parties;
    - Monitoring and execution of the compensation processes for the partner portfolio in order to ensure efficient target setting, bonus visibility, solving disputes, calculation and bonus payment;
    - Working with the team managers involved in performing analyzes on the use of financial resources of Market Development Funds;
    - Coordinating the planning and the approvals for Market Development Funds;
    - Ensures escalation management for partners/audit.
