    Responsabilitati

    - Gathers and assesses customer needs, both business and technical for high level proposals
    - Executes contractual/internal tools and process progressing the related workflows
    - Partners effectively internally and externally
    - Drives proposals, presentations, and other customer communications
    - Performs market research and outbound calls in order to discover and qualify NEW business opportunities;
    - Maintains relations with prospects and promotes Oracle Advanced Customer Support offerings;
    - Leverages Oracle internal Lines of Businesses in order to open up additional sales channels;
    - Work with diverse groups including, but not limited to, sales, delivery, customers, finance, risk management;
    - Manages customer relationships and interactions in GERMAN language wherever required
    - Builds customer loyalty through being a trusted advisor;
    - Presenting and selling the company services portfolio over the phone;
    - Presenting and selling services in accordance with company standards;
    - Accurate Forecast and Sales Cycle knowledge;
    - Maintain a professional and customer oriented attitude

    ACS Inside Sales, Telesales Business Development Representative EMEA – DACH Market
    Main activities will be providing sales support for Field Sales Representatives (FSR) in Germany / Switzerland. Interacting closely with the FSRs and offering sales support end-to-end within a sales cycle
    Mission and Objectives:
    Goal of Inside Sales for Oracle Advanced Customer Support in EMEA is to produce NEW business in the designated territory and to act as ACS Sales Role for Oracle accounts, supporting the sales duties of the ACS Sales function, contributing to generate NEW business through outbound calls, emails and presentations, deal management and service order fulfillment.
    Scope:
    This role is being hired in the sales organization of Oracle Advanced Customer Support, with assignment to the GERMAN Market.
