Teach for Romania este o organizație non-guvernamentală, parte din rețeaua globală Teach for All, care caută și pregătește oameni valoroși, cu sau fără experiență anterioară de predare, pentru a deveni profesori în învățământul de stat, pentru copiii din medii vulnerabile.

Căutăm oameni cu potențial dovedit de leadership și care sunt puternic motivați să producă schimbări pozitive și să contribuie la educația publică din România. Acei oameni dornici să devină pentru cel puțin doi ani un educator/învățător/profesor care inspiră și un agent de schimbare în educație pe termen lung.  Strategy implementation: Developing and implementing recruitment strategies in order to achieve the set goal of applicants in the program and build brand awareness;
 Team management: Recruiting and coordinating a team of volunteers, together with whom you will be working on your goals;
 Building partnerships: Building and maintaining contact with
University officials, student leaders, faculty teachers, NGO representatives, etc.;
 Offline promotion: Delivering presentation about Teach for Romania and organizing recruitment events;
 Cultivating relations with candidates: Offering the most needed information about Teach for Romania to all of our candidates and organizing events for this purpose.
