    Responsabilitati

    Responsabilitati:

    - Procesarea tuturor solicitarilor sosite prin canalele de comunicare agreate si rezolvarea acestora in termenul agreat si in maniera politicoasa si eficienta;
    - Asigurarea unui grad inalt de calitate in procesarea solicitarilor primite, conform standardelor de calitate si procedurilor de lucru agreate;
    - Furnizarea de informatii (telefonic sau prin email ) clientilor interni, cu scopul de a oferi sprijin in desfasurarea activitatii acestora;
    - Respectarea normelor de confidentialitate printr-un nivel ridicat de etica si integritate.

    - Program de lucru flexibil (6h/8h, 5 zile saptamana, Luni - Duminica);
