- Compiles the checklist of additional materials and services as per the requests of the internal clients;
- Identifies and determines the prospective suppliers;
- Prepares the activity reports;
- Negotiates the purchase prices and the payment terms;
- Determines and agrees the delivery terms, together with the suppliers;
- Compiles the products’ price list;
- Maintains and updates the database of the existing and prospective suppliers;
- Efficiently plans and coordinates the activity;
- Asks for, compares and negotiates the offers received from prospective suppliers;
- Compiles and places supply orders to the suppliers;
