Requirements:

• University Degree: Technical University (Electronics and Telecommunication University will be a plus)
• Fluent GERMAN and/or English

• Control of the internal and external service processes in case of failure
• Identification of appropriate problem-resolution procedures using specific customers information
• Single Point of Contact and Case Owner during execution and monitoring of customers Service Level Agreements
• Product-related technical support, application assistance and consulting (mail and phone).
• Coordination in project handling for customer-specific solutions

Experience: not required, this job is open for graduate students, motivated to learn and to grow.
