Client Success Specialist - Portuguese Speaker (Night Shifts)

o Ensure that all customers within territory derive maximum value from their investment in MySQL
o Identify customers with a high risk for non-renewal and escalate to account manager or other group as appropriate.
o Identify and grow opportunities within territory and collaborate with sales teams to ensure growth attainment
o Possess a comprehensive understanding of the MySQL products
o Understand customer requirements, level of adoption of the MySQL product features and assess the risk in renewing the current contract
o Work with the customers to ensure they are leveraging the solution and achieving success and engaging consulting resources as necessary
o Work with Renewals Team to process renewal contract and administration of supporting systems in a timely manner
o Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
o 3-5 years experience in a software customer service and/or technology sales role (SAAS experience a plus)

With the goal of client retention/subscription renewal, work with a high volume of subscription customers to execute a structured communication plan aimed to facilitate and motivate the installation and utilization of the MySQL Enterprise solutions. Responsible for maintaining a high level of client satisfaction by being a liaison between our customers and the other branches of our Sales Organization. Identify high risk for renewal and expansion/up-sell opportunities.

Responsibilities and tasks are defined in a highly structured program which will be applied to all customers in an assigned territory. Additionally, this role requires the ability to identify when deviations and escalations from the program are required to maintain the highest level of satisfaction from strategic clients. Key to this role is being able to articulate the value and thereby ensure the deployment of the tools and features included in the MySQL Enterprise subscription

Customer renewals are achieved by driving high adoption through initiatives designed to add business value, dissemination of best practices, fulfilling a trusted advisor role, knowledge of product capabilities and engaging sales and consulting resources as necessary.

He/she will also work closely with the account managers to help drive renewals to a successful completion. He/she will serve as an escalation point for issues that impacts the customer’s success. He/she will be required to maintain strong working relationships with the other business functions supporting MySQL including Sales, Services, and Product Marketing teams.
