    Requirements

    • You have a Bachelor or Master in Human Resources or equivalent;
    • You have between 2-5 years working experience in Talent Acquisition or Talent Sourcing;
    • You are passionate, proactive and results driven;
    • You are passionate about customer experience;
    • You are able to network and have the ability to approach and convince others;
    • You have proven experience with social media and direct sourcing channels;
    • Proficient in German (Sourcer to be fluent in written and proficient in spoken language).
    • Proficient English language communication skills.

    Job Description
    We are looking for a Talent Sourcer who is going to be responsible for setting up and delivering the Sourcing Strategy, collaborating with business and talent acquisition colleagues who are as passionate about the talent agenda as you are. You continuously look for new trends and developments in the Talent Sourcing & Talent Acquisition field. You like to think outside of the box to find the best talents. You have a pro-active mindset and the ability to find the best matches between profiles and candidates.

    Roles & Responsibilities
    • Work with the Talent Sourcing Lead to understand short and long term Talent Sourcing objectives and hiring forecasts; create and implement short- and long-term tactical sourcing plans
    • Roadmap strategic Sourcing Channels to deliver the best results across quality of hire, quantity of hires, timeliness and costs;
    • Act as a Talent Sourcing subject matter expert and champion Accenture Operations
    • Consistently build, maintain and display a sound understanding of the Accenture business, as well as the talent marketplace, in order to identify opportunities, provide the right advice on Talent Sourcing strategy and manage and solve for risks;
    • Develop hiring and candidate sourcing approaches in conjunction with the Recruiter and Accenture Hiring Manager. This may include determining and managing the appropriate channels/media for the most effective solution to meet requirements.
    - Develop and maintain data mining approaches using advanced search techniques.
    - Execute legally compliant role postings to internet and print sites, performing refreshes or removing, as required.
    • Contribute to and/or be updated with Sourcing and Recruitment trends and best practices, channel management activities, potential use of new sourcing channels and techniques;
    • Attract, approach and engage candidates to build suitable candidate pipelines for short term and long term talent needs
    • Build strong internal or external relationships with all key stakeholders ;
    • Add value and share best practices with the Recruiter teams and Accenture business.
