Requirements of the position:
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products;
- Goo knowledge of English;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Ability to operate standard office equipment;
- Strong attention to details;
- Prioritization/multi-tasking;
- Ability to work well alone or as part of a team.

The duties of the position include:
- Maintaining a high level of customer service and telephone etiquette;
- Receiving and screening visitors and incoming calls and determines which are priority matters, and alerts staff accordingly;
- Placing orders, and reconciling deliveries;
- Screening incoming correspondence, making preliminary assessment of the importance of materials and organizing documents;
- Support activities for the recruitment department.
