    Job purpose and key deliverables

    • Accountable for ensuring that relevant processes are delivered effectively across BAT’s global population whilst providing excellent Customer services at all times, advising on related legislation and ensuring compliance

    • Is expected to execute Global Mobility related service requests sent by the CoE or Business HR as well as answers complex Employee queries related to Global Mobility matters.

    • Provides specialist technical expertise through the processing of global mobility activities for BAT’s global population in accordance with corporate policies and guidelines

    • Ensures compliance with legal, fiscal and regulatory changes in global mobility activities e.g. the tracking of regulatory changes related to immigration, finance, visas, international business travel, tax etc.

    • Supports Employee relocation, including the completion of immigration and relocation documentation and proactively managing system updates using the HR procedures and guidance available to them.

    • Management of relocation logistics for internationally mobile Employees in both home and host locations including tax set-up, visa support, relocation management, set up of pay, repatriation etc.

    • Supports case execution, which refers to the coordination of the end-to-end assignment, requiring communication with employees and suppliers across all individual assignments. This is likely to include the preparation of costing and calculations based on agreed parameters, ensuring all documents are produced in line with process and that services are provided in accordance with agreed SLAs / KPIs in order to successfully set up the assignment, maintaining the system data including Link and SuccessFactors and the initiation of all required services.

    • Delivers end to end case management of international assignments

    • Monitors estimated Employee assignment end dates, managing extensions and repatriations

    • Resolves complex queries which involve a detailed explanation of Global Mobility policy, processes or procedures


    Responsabilitati

    Essential requirements

    • At least 2 years’ experience in Global Mobility

    • Excellent communication and presentation skills

    • Advanced English language skills

    • HR Administration - High quality and accurate administration of HR services and processes, as appropriate to the role and customer need. Is able to understand what the administration is contributing to and how.

    • Customer Service - Delivers service in role with the customer at the heart. Identifies continuous opportunities to deliver a high quality and professional output

    • Problem Solving - Diagnoses, negotiates and orchestrates the solutions to solve business problems

    • Numeracy – Has a high level of numeracy plus accuracy and attention to detail in preparing and sending assignments costings and documents
