Customer Intelligence Representative fluent in English
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Working knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Fluency in English and German/ Polish/ Hungarian/ Turkish/ Czech or Slovak
• Knowledge of IT and Cloud technology could be a plus
PERSONAL CHARACTERISTICS
• Eagerness to learn a lot and evolve in a dynamic, multinational, fast-paced environment
• High level of energy and drive
• Teamwork
• Previous customer interaction experience, call center or similar could be a plus
• Gathering customer information through profiling campaigns for assigned markets
• Researching and understanding companies' structures, organizational charts and business lines
• Building relationships and achieving a high level of collaboration with Business Development Consultants
• Coordinating and supporting Marketing and Sales Teams across various campaigns
• Identifying and reporting data quality issues that must be corrected in the source system
• Ensuring lists consolidation throughout the profiling process
• Highlighting the areas within the system suffering from the most serious and/or numerous data quality issues
• Identifying issues that may be the result of bad user input or errant system interfaces
• Reporting on results at the end of every specific campaign
• Meeting required KPI's and targets
