The Chassis & Safety division develops and produces integrated active and passive driving safety technologies as well as products that support vehicle dynamics. The product portfolio ranges from electronic and hydraulic brake and chassis control systems to sensors, advanced driver assistance systems, airbag electronics and sensorics as well as electronic air suspension systems all the way to windscreen washer systems and headlight cleaning nozzles. The focus lies on a high level of system competence and the networking of individual components. Thus products and system functions are developed along the SensePlanAct chain of effects. Job Description

* To organize the industrialization of new products in production, in aim of satisfying our internal and external customers in terms of timing, product and process quality, installed capacity;
* To develop complete new solutions for automation, to develop technical new and local suppliers and to run improvement projects in his / her area;
* Ensure cross-functional communication / cooperation in order to improve information flow the team;
* Responsible for coordinating process activities in order to meet company's strategies and quality standards;
* Ensure quality and in time delivery of results within the agreed framework;
* His responsibility is to reach the "zero ppm" quality level in the manufacturing line;
* Prepares and follows up the engineering KPIs (equipment and quality statistics);
* Ensures the technical availability of the production equipments during launch phase (before Start of Production);
* To be the leader of the team within its functional area;
* To coordinate the professional activities of the team members and to allocate resources in order to ensure quality results in line with the department's strategy;
* Defines and implements the development roadmaps for his / her area of responsibility, in line with the department's goals;
* Conduct the yearly Performance Management Process for all directs and set individual goals for each team member.

Job Requirements

* University degree (e.g. Computer Science, Automation, Electronics and Telecommunications, Electrotechnic, Mechanics, Emectromecanics, Car Construction Technology, etc) or comparable professional experience;
* Experience with Automotive Quality standards;
* Minimum 2 years experience in a leadership position in the automotive production area;
* Knowledge about business environment (practical understanding of modern production and quality management tools, like lean manufacturing and six sigma);
* Technical expertise;
* Communication and leadership abilities;
* Ability in problem solving;
* English knowledge.
