    Management
    • Ensure an up-to dated reporting matrix of different standard & on request type of reports necessary for regional/local sales management
    • Ensure optimal working & analysis templates to deliver required data in an efficient, actionable and friendly way
    • Ensure all agreed SLAs and deliverables are met
    • Ensure full compliance with reporting and analysis template
    Business/Financial
    • Deliver standards reports to internal customers within agreed SLA's and according to specifications
    • Support regional sales teams in target split process
    • Support taking input of different local data & their consolidation for supporting management and business & competitive intelligence plans
    • Support regional management with data required for presentation consolidation (COBRA, SCM, etc)
    • Support monthly RE and OPEX (RE, Narratives, Explanations for variances) consolidation
    • Deliver requested / standard analysis for sales regions accurately and on time
    • Support HGMM teams with requested daily reports
    • Deliver specific national reports according to specialization
    • Offer support in annual ABP process and monthly RE Process 
    People Development 
    • Participate as a resource to the development and actualization of different analysis and reports together with Reporting Supervisor
    • Demonstrate continuous interest for self development in terms of functional expertis
    Leadership
    • Initiate change to improve own work
    • Contribute consistently to positive teamwork environment between Reporting as SPOC and sales management
     Relationships
    • Develop effective working relationships based on confidence and trust with all internal stakeholders Commercial, Finance, etc

    • Bring new ideas in terms of continuously improve reporting frames and analytics quality
    • Adapt work routines to fully support corporate initiatives, systems utilization and internal best practices 

    Eligibility Criteria
    • University degree
    • English - advanced level
    • Advanced Computer skills (MS Office & SAP)
    • Previous experience in analysis & reporting
