High proficiency in German, both written & spoken
• At least an intermediate level of English, both written and spoken
• University graduate
• Computer proficiency
• Quick-minded, adaptable, results & client centered
• Strong commitment to the quality of deliverables
• Previous client service / insurance background are an important plus

RESPONSIBILITIES / TASKS:

• To ensure the timely collection and allocation of money due from premium and claims
• To collect outstanding money in a timely manner
• To take ownership for raising and solving queries related to the broker account
• To raise payments for the money due to 3rd parties (Brokers, Insurance Companies, etc)
• To ensure accurate processing of all tasks in order to keep a high quality analysis regarding receivables
• To accomplish all tasks in accordance with the internal norms & procedures
• To ensure that all KPIs are constantly met
