Internal Communications Officer for SAP CCoE

-At least 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
-University Degree (preferably Business Administration or similar)
-Fluent English written and spoken
-Spoken German is a strong plus
-Knowledge of MS Office (PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, Sharepoint)
-Project business basics
-Ability to analyze and present information
-Knowledge of InDesign is a strong plus

-Plan and organize onsite events for SAP Customer Centre of Expertise (SAP CCoE)
-Plan, set-up, organize and moderate virtual information session for the SAP CCoE and SAP related organizational units.
-Create Newsletter for SAP Topics with InDesign
-Create documentation for SAP CCoE processes & projects with Visio.
-Continuous maintenance of Wiki & Allianz Connect with the latest SAP relevant information & event calendar in Wiki
-Plan, prepare and run SAP validation services. Analyze, prepare and present results.Therefore a tool from Inworks is used
-Create ad-hoc questionnaires and analyze them.
-Support SAP system measurement, with e.g. reports.
-Support team projects – mainly in the area of license optimization.
