• Knowledge about Agresso data model and SQL tools and queries
• Experienced user of MS Excel
• Knowledge of Agresso Report Creator (ARC) and Excelerator

As a new Agresso implementation for our client, this is an excellent opportunity to help shape and grow the Agresso platform. As a practiced software support analyst, you will adopt and support a team based approach, sharing problems and resolving them as a proactive member of the team.

• Serve as a 2nd line support of Agresso installation (currently around 170 legal entities)
• Work with Agresso, applied ERP software, with focus on Finance, Project Costing and Billing (PCB) modules. Agresso Time web is used for timesheets. In addition some web applications use Agresso as source of data, e.g project reporting and collections
• Global installation with focus on Finance and project module
• Help with support and assist in the transfer to a new common Global finance application
• Support with consolidation and merge of legal entities and needs resources
