• University degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering or similar area;
• Good comprehension of Embedded Hardware Architectures and peripherals;
• Advanced HW experience – same level discussion with HW engineer;
• Experienced in the application of Quality improvement tools;
• Experience in application of MTBF, HALT, HASS, Reliability Modeling and simulation, Reliability prediction, life cycle estimation, design for reliability;
• Commitment to Continuous Improvement – Translates ideas into specific tasks/actions to improve operations;
• Communicates Effectively – Explains concepts and procedures clearly and completely while maintaining attention and interest.

• Participates in the R&D development of EVN smart meters process regarding the reliability;
• Create reliability specifications, documents;
• Application of Quality improvement tools: FMEA, FMECA, Fault Tree Analysis, Fault Tree Analysis, Weibull analysis;
• Application of MTBF, HALT, HASS, Reliability Modeling and simulation, Reliability prediction, life cycle estimation, design for reliability.
