Qualifications and Requirements:
* Minimum 2 years Active Directory, Exchange, Lync or VMware specific experience;
* Experience working in a high pressure computer operations environment;
* Ability to learn quickly and implement new technologies in a rapid, demanding, and changing environment;
* Analytical thinking, root-cause analysis and providing the optimal solution in the shortest amount of time possible;
* Excellent communication and problem solving skills.

Specific Knowledge :
* English Fluent;
* Active Directory;
* Exchange On-Premises and/or Exchange Online (Office 365);
* Windows Server 2003/2008/2012;

Optional Knowledge:
* SAN Hardware: IBM, NetApp, HP;
* Lync Server 2013;
* Microsoft Azure;
* SQL Server;
* System Center Operations Manager;
* System Center Configuration Manager;
* VMware vShpere 4/5;
* Backup systems knowledge;
* Certifications (eg Vmware, Microsoft) will be an advantage.

Overview :
We are searching for an experienced Systems Engineer with minimum 2 years experience. The candidate will handle a growing infrastructure involving several geographic distributed datacenters and also cloud service subscriptions.

Duties and Responsibilities:
* Level-3 escalation point for tickets assigned to the queues corresponding to his area of expertise, involving Active Directory, Exchange and VMWare;
* Have an ITIL-orientated approach - ensure process for monitoring, backup and recovery, security, and change management are established and documented;
* Write comprehensive documents for building, troubleshooting, installing and supporting Active Directory, Exchange, Lync and VMware servers and applications;
* Involved in the implementation of projects as agreed on an organizational level.
