    The internship will be based in our Customer Care department in Bucharest.

    The internship will be based in our call center in Bucharest.

    Responsibilities/experiences will include:
    You will be part of our Customer Service projects: your involvement will be important to the team and it will also help you improve your communication skills
    You will be assisting Customers over the phone with any questions and issues.
    Schedule: Part-time, 30 hours per week during the summer, Julie – September, Monday-Sunday afternoon and night shifts.

    Preferred Qualifications:
    You’ve already got a positive attitude and strong work ethic but here’s what else you’ll need to qualify for this great opportunity!
    • Advanced English and Spanish speaking and writing skills; "acceptable" is not acceptable
    • Good communication skills and patience
    • Fun to be around
    • Creative & flexible mind
    • Proactive and a great team player
    • Cool and intelligent, seriously, we have a test for that :-)
