    Knowledge and experience

    Technical profile:

    • 2-3 years experience of support in an IT environment, ideally supporting IT risks or in a control/audit environment;
    • Experience in similar domain or involving client contact will be considered;
    • MS Excel: Good knowledge of standard function (knowledge in VB may be a plus but not mandatory) ;
    • French fluent;
    • English (read/write).

    Responsabilitati

    Mission:

    Based in Bucharest, you will join the Global Technical Services (GTS) team, which manages the IT infrastructure for Société Générale group, worldwide.
    You will support the team which is in charge of managing GTS Operational Risk and Security.

    As an operational risk officer, you will support the Risk Management and Compliance (RMC) team, based in Paris in their daily activity and by administrating some Operational Risk (OR) processes including reports issuance. You will be asked to identify improvements in current processes and formalize it through clear documentation.

    Within GTS, the RMC team manages and monitors for GTS (France and international) operational risks and compliance topics, in respect with Société Générale Group standards & regulatory rules, such as :

    • Internal audit recommendation;
    • Managerial controls;
    • Key Outsourcers follow-up;
    • Risk analysis and acceptance;
    • Key Risks Indicators (KRI);
    • Loss declaration as a consequence of major production incident;
    • Societe Generale Insiders;
    • Data privacy compliance;
    • RCSA (Risk and Control Self Assessment);
    • Major event scenario analysis.

    Responsibilities:

    • Managerial controls administration: GPS tools (Global Permanent Supervision) parameterization, follow-up of monthly campaigns, controls submissions and action plan completeness. Synthesis on quantitative and qualitative results;
    • Dashboards: monthly issuance of dashboards related to Managerial Supervision, Internal Audit and Key Outsourcers;
    • KRIquarter calculation and report;
    • Losses quarterly report and synthesis up to Risk classification events;
    • User access administration for all Operational Risk tools used: GPS, CAROLINE (losses declaration), ORELINE (RCSA Declaration), MOSTRA (Key outsourcers follow-up) and periodic user certification;
    • Data privacy: first level of messages treatments;
    • Risk Acceptance : process administration, stock follow-up and escalation to management.
