    Requirements:

    The candidate should be a team player with a strong problem-solving approach, accurate and enthusiastic. He/She should be able to work independently showing a receptive and positive attitude, maintaining highly rigorous standards in the daily routine but treating all colleagues with solicitude.

    The candidate should have:

    • One - two years of experience as payroll officer/payroll consultant/payroll administrator preferably in a multinational company;
    • University degree;
    • Solid and sound knowledge of payroll and labour law legislation;
    • Strong English language skills;
    • PC knowledge: Excel; Word; Outlook;
    • Experience with specific payroll software applications - preferably UCMS Pay and UCMS HR.

    Responsabilitati

    Job description:

    • Setting up all contractual arrangements for KPMG`s staff members;
    • Assistance in the monthly payroll processing for all staff members, introducing all data into the REVISAL system and preparing all monthly payroll forms;
    • Ensure the liaisons with financial authorities, labour authorities and any other authorities involved in the Romanian regulatory reporting related to payroll processing and personnel administration;
    • Assisting colleagues with any queries related to the payroll processing activities;
    • Preparing various reports on headcount structure;
    • Preparing various certificates required by employees;
    • Placing orders for the meal tickets and maintain contact with the provider;
    • Operating various on-line banking systems.
