Planificarea productiei si controlul operational intre departamente;
Asigurarea disponibilitatii materialelor/echipamentelor necesare pentru productie ;
Optimizarea capacitatii de productie, resursele materiale și umane pe baza datelor din productie;
Imbunatatirea continua (CIP) a proceselor;
Cooperarea stransa cu departamentul de productie;
Urmarirea OTD-ului (On Time Delivery – Livrarea la termenul promis).
