    With these skills you are a great candidate:

    • Fluent Spanish (B2-C2)
    • Intermediate English (B2)
    • Solid aptitudes of verbal communication
    • MS Office knowledge
    • Availability to work in shifts, including night shifts
    • Self-evaluation abilities and proactive management of self-development and performance

    And it would be nice to have experience in one or more of these technologies/fields:

    • Experience in a multinational company
    • Experience in a call-centre or customer facing position
    • Solid aptitudes of verbal communication

    Responsabilitati

    With these activities you will have a great impact on our business:

    • Acts as first line support between customer and offers technical support on matters like: Bill Explanation, Bill understanding and accumulated costs; Payments; Adding and removing extra services; SIM activation/restriction + PUK Support; Network Unlock Codes; Support network coverage; Proactive sales (Next Best Activity)
    • Identifies secondary needs, is proactive on each situation encountered on each account to add a plus value to each and every customer
    • Manages each complaint accordingly;
    • Ensures that the customer gave approval for all actions taken on his account;
    • Maintains on the whole duration of the calls a polite approach, with professionalism and has an open mind-set for support
    • Offers the best solutions for each type of call;
