    -English level C1
    -Willing to work full time on shifting schedules, afternoon and night shifts, Monday - Friday, 17:00 - 03:00
    -Experience and/or knowledge of a customer service environment
    -Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
    -A positive, friendly attitude with the willingness and ability to sell
    -Ability to learn and share information with others
    -Ability to work independently with a minimum of supervision in a fast-paced environment, while effectively managing multiple tasks
    -Not mandatory, but nice to have: working knowledge of the Internet, Internet technologies, and technological/industry trends, as well as personal computers, e-mail and operating systems, dial-up and high-speed Internet connectivity

    Responsabilitati

    -Offer Wireline solutions to small businesses (high speed internet, phone lines, and TV servies)
    -Resolve billing inquiries and explain payment options
    -Take payments and report to credit services
    -Deliver sales and service excellence by demonstrating tenacity, persuasiveness, and strong interpersonal skills
    -Troubleshoot technical service issues determining root causes of problems and finding appropriate resolutions
    -Explore and anticipates clients' future needs with an ability to recommend and educate the client on value-add services and products
    -Accurately obtain, document and confirm client information
    -Builds relevant professional relationships with internal contacts
