- Fluent in Spanish and English -written and verbal
- Bachelor degree in engineering/ economical engineering
- Experience with logistics ERP is an advantage
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar field
- Good interpersonal skills (ability to build relationships over the phone without meeting suppliers/ customers on a regular basis)
- Good communication skills
- Procurement and analytical background would be an advantage
- Logistics experience is an advantage
- Good computer literacy (e.g. Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Collecting contracts from partners
- Master Data Collection
- Extracting key contract conditions
- Setup of key conditions in the Billing Tool
- Receive proposals from individual suppliers for goods or services
- Verify if requisition is accurate and contains updated requirements and information per agreement.
- Provide telephone and email support
- Interface directly with clients
- Propose KPIs to follow-up contract actuals (volumes, revenues, profitability)
- Participate to testing phase to confirm accuracy of billing settings in the ERP
- Document job aids for BPO teams in charge of PTP / OTC / Controlling and hand-over the procedure
- Assist BPO teams when issues / 3rd party queries are escalated
- Be proactive for workaround solutions in case billing process can’t be fully automated in the ERP
