Former Xerox Customer Care Services, as well as other former Xerox Services companies, will continue its activities as Conduent, Inc. The name Conduent is inspired by the new company’s expertise in connecting clients and their constituents through seamless transactions in areas such as customer care, transportation solutions, and healthcare payer and provider services.

As Recruiter, you will be jointly responsible for site wide recruitment and selection. Acting as a recruitment specialist for the business you will be the first point of contact for hiring managers. They will look to you for professional advice, support and guidance throughout the whole recruitment process from initial selection through to interview and job offers.

Your day will be a mix of CV sourcing, screening, telephone interviewing and arranging face-to-face assessments with managers. Candidate experience is important to us and you will be fundamental in creating a welcoming, relaxed but professional environment for those attending.

To be a great Recruiter you will have a good understanding of different sourcing methods with experience of handling specialist and senior management roles. You are also used to dealing with different cultures and languages as many of your roles would be for people speaking several languages. You will be highly organized with the ability to manage your time and prioritize when working to tight deadlines. As a natural, persuasive and engaging communicator you will be able to deal with colleagues at all levels of an organization. You must be a fluent English language speaker (another European language would be a plus).
