    Requirements

    At the moment we are looking to add some fresh talent to our team, a colleague that will help us administer our client relationship, from the logistic point of view (contracts, addendum, invoices, etc), but also for inbound&outbound sales activities.

    We expect you to have:

    - Previous experience in sales, strong interest in learning about HR and recruitment.
    OR
    - Previous experience in recruitment or any HR-related role, with a strong interest in sales.

    - Business acumen or interest in building one
    - Previous IT knowledge (about technologies and / or IT market) or strong interest in IT and other online products
    - Excellent professional written and oral communication skills (English is a must)
    - Initiative, ambition & willingness to learn
    - Strong presentation and negotiating skills
    - Have “Road Runner” speed when deadlines are chasing
    - Have excellent research skills
    - With an unstoppable desire to learn
    - Knowledge of MS Office, especially: MS Excel, PowerPoint
    - Have attention to details and great capacity to organize information
    - Won’t accept anything but the best

    Responsibilities

    What will you be in charge with?
    - All sales activities: proposal writing, contract negotiation, closing and account management (this means a mix between hunting and farming activities)
    - A lot of networking during the Tech events we are invited to
    - Developing the existing client portfolio and identifying new business opportunities
    - Designing and implementing sales campaigns focused on our services
    - Online research / identifying online communities where our products / job offers can be broadcasted
