• Proven work experience as a Technical Recruiter or Recruiter
• Hands-on experience with various interview formats (e.g. phone, Skype and structured)
• Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
• Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. social media recruiting and Boolean search)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Solid understanding of HR practices and labor legislation

Education: University Psychology/Human Resources/ Journalism/ Economic Science/ IT or relevant degree
Languages: English/ French
• Manage the full recruitment life cycle mainly for IT and non-IT positions, mainly for middle and upper management positions
• Being actively involved in employer branding activities: job fairs, conferences, campaigns
• Analyzing the requests and needs of the clients
• CV screening and sourcing
• Identifying potential candidates
• Drive use of web methods to achieve best practice and finding new sourcing channels
• Managing full-cycle recruitment processes: research, active search, cold calling, interviews, financial offers, placement
• Oversee the recruitment process from job spec to offer and acceptance
• Ensuring constant know-how transfer towards team members
• Planning and developing strategies in order to deliver the established results according to the client needs, improvement of internal recruitment tool
• Liaise with hiring managers and account managers for developing and implementing the most efficient recruitment plans and strategies.
