-Advanced level of French and English
-Availability to work on an afternoon schedule 16:00 to 00:00, Monday to Friday
-Medium Microsoft Excel knowledge
-Desirable Trainer experience (groups of 20 or more)
-Business Administration graduate (nice to have, not mandatory)
-Great Customer Service skills
-Team development and motivation skills
-Result orientation and attention to details
-Adaptability to change
-Teamwork and creativity
The Learning Services Specialist is responsible for providing training to the new Operations, as well as provide additional training to other staff members:
-permanently support the operations with various trainings
-implement and qualify assessments to measure the level of learning of the participants
-make staff retention efforts during the period of training and administrative duties at all times
-develop work plans previously determined by the Client
