    Requirements:
    - Advanced English skills (both written and read)
    - Advanced knowledge of the MS Office package
    - Nice to have previous experience on secretary/administrative roles
    - Excellent communications skills
    - Attention to details
    - Proactive mindset
    - Analythic and sinthetical thinking
    - Good organisation skills, able to prioritize urgent and important tasks
    - Positive attitude

    Responsabilitati

    - Preparing reports (computer work)
    - Offering support for Sales Department (contracts, auction)
    - Monitoring the newspapers for information relevantt for company activities (press review)
    - Organizing the agenda of the GM
    - Events organisation and protocol activities
    - Organizing business meetings and internal/external travelling for coworkers
    - Managing received and dispatched documents
    - Organizing administrative tasks inside the office
    - Providing back-up activity for colleagues in the Operational department (emergency cases)
    - Providing support for activities regarding Environmental Procedures
