Analyze client business needs and recommend innovative solutions that leverage technology to provide market differentiation, efficiency improvements, and better user experiences
Collaborate with an international team of Project Managers and Architects to understand client needs and communicate project progress
Write great code! Independently determine the best approach to solving complex business problems with technology
Mentor more junior staff members and be a role model for best practices in technical development
Gain expertise in the Magento platform from Optaros provided training and self-motivation

Mandatory:
3+ years’ experience as an interface developer
Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3 (including preprocessor – Sass, Less)
Solid experience with Web Developer toolkits
Ability to write custom JavaScript, as well as work with JavaScript frameworks
Experience with JS OOP and JS patterns, JS templates
Responsive/adaptive design experience
Ability to translate wireframes into functioning presentation layer markup, style, and interactions
Experience writing cross-browser and cross-platform markup, CSS, and JavaScript
Experience with Ajax
Experience with VCS (Git, SVN)
Excellent time management and strong multi-tasking skills
E-commerce or similar web experience
Fluent in Romanian and English, verbal and written communications

Experience with any of the below is a plus:

Experience with Virtual Machines
Experience with AJAX internals
Prior experience in helping clients through the decision-making process
Experience with Magento, Hybris or Demandware
